A solution that was just right for us

We were looking to connect our trucks and delivery people with our main accounting system. We had no way of doing reconciliation between what went on a truck and what was sold, not to mention how much money was collected. Software Outfitters/bMobile provided us an answer that made it all work together. They listened to our needs and helped design a solution that was just right for us. Software Outfitters/bMobile software seamlessly integrated the handheld devices and our main system.Now we know what gets loaded on a truck and more importantly what inventory sells. The information comes back to us and is transferred almost transparently, showing in the accounting system right away. We no longer have to re-enter invoices and the time savings helped the system pay for itself quickly. We can focus our time on ice cream sales, not paperwork!

I have a small consulting firm and deal with a lot of technology. I was searching for a low cost application that would allow me to produce invoices and be able to integrate the information back to my QuickBooks accounting system. After searching the web, I found this solution. It was easy to learn and I was able to implement it without any hassles! When I had a question, I was able to reach someone who was able to quickly walk me through the use of some of the features of the program. The staff was super friendly and even gave me some tips on how to better use my PDA.I now can show invoices immediately to my clients and even capture signatures, eliminating problems at collection time after I do my billings. No more disputes over who authorized service calls or who signed for it. I'm now considering adding a Bluetooth portable printer (alas, one more device, but a good one!) to be able to hand copies of the invoices to my customers at the time of service. The software is already set up for it, so I just need to find a printer I like.
This program has freed me from having to re-enter information back into QuickBooks and saves me time, time that I can use for my clients and increase my billings! I'm sure that it has already paid for itself in a short time and I'm more productive thanks to bMobile. I'm rating it highly based on overall experience with the company, ease of use, and what it is doing to help me collect my billings and put money back in my pocket.

I own a craft store and have salespeople that go to craft shows. I was looking for a product that would help me in getting my sales back from the show and into QuickBooks. I did a search on your website and bMobile Technologies came up and I downloaded a trial version and I was amazed at the ease of use. I called and spoke with the people at bMobile and they answered all the questions I had about the product.I was skeptical about the data import and when it was done it was very painless. The process for this is very easy to do and looks great on my pocket pc. This is wonderful for anyone that has a sales force that is out in the field. After using the trial version, we called bMobile and all of our questions were answered quickly and very professionally.I am completely impressed at how I see all of my QuickBooks information on the pocket pc. It is extremely easy to process a sale. The best part is that all of the information comes back into QuickBooks! There is no more clerical errors from having to hand key the orders. It is so easy to use that even my salesman who hates the computers loves his new pocket pc!
