How does data synchronization work with bMobile SALES & QuickBooks?

Sharing data between bMobile SALES and QuickBooks is a direct import and export. The QuickBooks data files and SALES data files are identified within SALES. When synchronization is launched, SALES retrieves the QuickBooks data and downloads the SALES data into the mapped QuickBooks files.

With which version of QuickBooks does bMobile SALES integrate?

Any currently supported version of QuickBooks (Basic, Pro, Premier or Enterprise) will integrate with bMobile Sales.

What data is sent from QuickBooks to the handheld computer & bMobile SALES?

bMobile SALES imports from QuickBooks data for Customers and Inventory, Customer Balance, Past Due Amount, Customer Price Levels and Customer Terms.

Can I see all my customers and their contact info on the handheld computer with bMobile SALES?

Yes.

Does bMobile SALES store all my inventory data on the handheld computer?

Yes. Product ID, Product Description, Price and Quantity are all stored and updated on the handheld computer. Optional inventory data, such as Product Cost, may also be included based on your needs. Contact bMobile for more information on this option.

Can I create estimates for QuickBooks with bMobile SALES?

Yes. Estimates generated in the field can be imported into QuickBooks.

Can I edit an invoice in bMobile SALES after it's been saved?

Yes. Quotes created in the field can be easily imported and stored in QuickBooks.

Can SALES apply discounts at time of sale?

Yes. The discount percentage can be determined at the time the order is generated in the field.

If I'm transferring data to the office and lose the wireless connection, will I lose the data?

No. All data is stored on the handheld until a complete and successful download is complete. Even if you lose power on your handheld your data is safe.

Does bMobile SALES or QuickBooks generate invoice numbers for the mobile invoices?

Invoice numbers are created in the field and transferred to QuickBooks. The number series is unique to each mobile user for easy reference.

Can SALES store customer signatures electronically?

Yes. The signatures can be printed on mobile invoices and permanently stored in the office data base.

Do I need to buy technical support to install and begin using the software?

No. Installation assistance is included in the purchase price of each user license.

Can I have my company logo on the mobile invoices?

Yes. bMobile SALES can also insert any logo tagline along with your contact information at the top of each invoice.

Is there a Canadian version of bMobile SALES?

YES! The application is free of adware and spyware, and can be totally uninstalled if needed.

What handheld computers can I use with bMobile SALES?

bMobile SALES is compatible with all handheld computers using Windows Mobile version 5, 6 or 7. This includes PDA Phones and handheld computers from HP iPAQ, Dell, Motorola/Symbol, Intermec, Psion, Opticon and others.

What mobile printers can I use with bMobile SALES?

bMobile SALES is compatible with most popular mobile printers on the market today. This includes printers from Zebra, Intermec, O'Neil, Printek and others.

Can I scan barcodes with SALES?

Yes. SALES is barcode fluent. When installed on a handheld computer equipped with a barcode scanner, SALES can quickly recall product information for review or entry onto an order.

Where does QuickBooks store UPC codes for barcode scanning?

QuickBooks makes available "user defined fields" which may be used to store UPC codes.
