Software Warranty
At bMobile Technology we strive toward 100% customer satisfaction in the delivery of high-value software products and reliable mobile technology.
bMobile Technology warrants that our bMobile software products shall be free from defects in programming and that our bMobile products shall function as described in our approved documentation, for a period of one-year following purchase. In the event that the software fails to perform as set forth, CLIENT shall inform bMobile of such failure, and bMobile will provide such programming, design, installation and support services necessary to correct such errors with no additional charges to the CLIENT. There are no returns on Hardware devices. Hardware is subjected to Original Equipment Manufacturer Warranty and the manufacturer should be contacted for repair.
